Dear Professor Ashot Chilingarian,
It is honor for me to write you this mail, my name is Daiffallah Khalil, I am the head of Solar Physics department at the Algiers observatory in Algeria (CRAAG), we are doing research in solar physics and Sun-Earth connection, and also we are interested in ionosphere and atmospheric physics. In this context we are interested to install a SEVAN detector in Algeria to contribute to the SEVAN network research and benefit from your experience and the know-how of the community. Would you give me information about this possibility?
Best Regards,
Khalil Daiffallah

Dear Khalil!
I’ll be very happy to discuss with you the agreement on SEVAN detector delivery and install the first SEVAN in Afrika!
However, I’m afraid that the COVID situation in the world will prevent any transportation of heavy hardware,
as well as business travel of physicists and engineers at least this year.
You can enter our site to see both SEVAN operation and information on SEVAN design:
