REGISTRATION

For registering to TEPA 2015, please, fill in the online registration form. After this, we will create an account in our web system for you. Having this account, you will be able to submit your abstracts, papers for Conference Proceedings and provide additional information about accompanying persons and so on. 

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

The deadline for abstract submission is 15 August 2015.

LIST OF INVITED SPEAKERS:

The list of invited speakers will appear in the symposium site after the distribution of the third circular.


ATTENDANCE LIMITATION:

Due to the size of the venue and other restrictions, the number of participants will be limited to 40.
Therefore, participation in the Symposium is by invitation only. Registered personnel need to submit an abstract to receive an invitation.


REGISTRATION FEE:

Regular Attendees
         - 300 Euro
Students and accompaning person  
        - 100 Euro
The fee covers the cost of transportation from and to airport, coffee breaks, as well as the Reception and the Banquet, and excursions. Payment of the registration fee will be accepted at the Symposium desk upon arrival.
